ACM refuses action against the cartel of banks

 

 

24 Sept 2019 I asked the ACM:

1. Enforce the European Consumer Rights

2. End the cartel of banks.

   The financial corporations in the Netherlands all have similar interest rates for credit. These rates are far higher than before the credit crunch of 2008, while the interest rates on the money markets are much lower.

   • The interest rates for credit in the Netherlands are more than FOUR times higher than in Germany.

   • The financial corporations recovered quickly from the credit crunch because they have stolen billions of euro's from the people of the Netherlands.

     The Minister of Finance, the Dutch Central Bank and the financial corporations have made cartel agreements about this.

     They also decided, that consumers with credit should be punished for having credit. Het Financieel Dablad (Financial Journal) stated on 21 March 2016 in the article 'Banken rekenen rentevoordeel niet door aan klanten die rood staan':

     A top banker, who does not want his name to appear in the newspaper, states that the debit interest rate must also contain a punitive element. If the debit interest rate is too low, that aspect is omitted.

   • Bankers, the Dutch Central Bank and the Minister of Finance have made secret criminal agreements to force the Dutch consumers to pay for the credit crunch. In my opinion, this is High Treason and it should be regarded as a capital offense.

• We refuse to take action against the cartel of banks, because you are not an interested party according to the Algemene Wet Bestuursrecht (Translation: General Law Governing Rights).
